Expert Witness and Litigation Support

Under the guidance of Expert Witness John P. Coniglio, OSEA has provided assistance on over 160 matters in various state courts representing both plaintiff and defendant with technical information.

John P. Coniglio directs a team of professionals to research regulatory standards, review case information, research other expert’s opinions (via Westlaw, etc.), and explain technical concepts to counsel.  Code and case research is combined with an expert understanding of work practices, safety, health, and environmental regulations in order to formulate an expert opinion. 

OSEA understands the Theories of Liability, and to provide and efficient vehicle to developing clear, consistent expert opinions, maintains a comprehensive database of past cases and research.   

The culmination of the expert opinion is an expert report that is submitted to counsel, upon request,.  The reports developed by OSEA are clear and concise, encompass the full spectrum of research, and are developed with understanding that the report and subsequent testimony may need to be presented in a Court of Law.   

We have been qualified to testify in various state and federal venues including New York State Court of Claims.  Our assistance has been provided in analyzing occupational injuries, construction injuries, chemical and toxic exposures, fire and explosion issues including protective system analysis as it relates to failure.
