Employee Spotlight: James Jaskowiak

Monday, February 11, 2019 Joseph Coniglio

Jim Jaskowiak (aka Jimmy J) has been a part of the OSEA for more than 15 years. His background in safety, asbestos, demolition, and general construction make him an asset to our team. He really strives, when on a project working with crews, to ensure their daily safety and has had some great results doing it. When he’s not found in the field, Jimmy J is an avid instructor for OSEA clients teaching a long list of courses. His ability to combine his experiences with that of the topic make him a great teacher. Like several of our other staff, Jim became a safety manager after spending time in the trades, which is a testament to how he is able to relate to the field staff so well. Jim is a huge NY Yankees fan, any chance he gets to jump on the train and head to Yankee Stadium he will. When he’s not teaching, Jim can be found diving in the Niagara River looking for treasures or fishing off his boat. Jim has been a great asset to our team and a joy to have around. We can’t thank Jim enough for all his hard work and dedication to the team over the years, he always flies the OSEA flag everywhere he goes.
