This month we recognize Julia Costa, who officially turns 1, in OSEA years, to the DATE! Julia came to our operation last year when we put out the need for a marketing intern and she was chosen over 6 applications for the position. At the time, the position was only part time and for a select few months. However, given the success she had in the position, her drive and overall ability to quickly grasp everything we do, she was offered a full time position. A year later and Julia has single handedly grown our marketing operation to a point where we have seen significant results in our marketing efforts across the board. She has become a great addition to our team as she has pushed our marketing efforts 10 times further than they were before, always comes to work eager and ready to go and is joy to be around. On her 1 year anniversary, from all of us at OSEA, congrats Julia!
