It only seems fitting that Steven Kogut is our employee spotlight this month as it also happens to be the month he retires from full time duty with OSEA, Inc. Steve has been with the company for more than 16 years, serving as our Syracuse Operations Manager for most of that time. He has been instrumental in growing our client base as well as managing and leading projects and training for those same clients. His attention to detail, drive, determination and willingness to get the job done and done right is what makes him an invaluable asset to our team. Most important to us is his loyalty to the company over the years. In a world where people statistically switch employers every few years, it was a great feeling knowing that we had stability with Steve. Coming from the chemical and heavy industry background Steve is known for teaching his classes with enthusiasm and energy, which makes his training very engaging and informative. Clients from Albany to Buffalo frequently request Steve to conduct their training or conduct their audits, which is a true testament to his ability to do great work. If you’re reading this and finding out for the first-time Steve is retiring and thus may not be teaching your employees again I say to you, don’t start crying yet! Steve will definitely be finding himself on local golf courses and even traveling to warm climates from time to time, but he has also decided to stay on as a part time instructor. We are extremely happy for Steve and more so grateful for his hard work over the years. Thank you for your dedication to the team and we wish you the best, from everyone here at OSEA, Inc.
