Employee Spotlight - Amanda Coniglio

Wednesday, November 29, 2017 Joe Coniglio

This month’s spotlight is on Amanda Coniglio and ironically, she hates being in the spot light! Amanda is one of the most hard working people I have ever met; she literally gets a task, dives in and won’t stop until its complete all while yielding exceptional results in everything she does. She is a silent leader, someone you want to emulate because her drive, personality and caring nature are infectious. A track athlete in high school turned US Army military intelligence officer, Amanda has done some of the most impressive, yet mainly unknown to the general population, tasks in the Army during her tenure which consisted of multiple tours of duty overseas. She prides herself on her achieved perfect physical fitness test records, completing a marathon and having completed the coveted US Army Airborne school as a cadet in College. It is with no surprise that Amanda has volunteered to take on some of the most difficult tasks at OSEA, those which require research, attention to detail and regulatory limitations. She took charge of our NCCER program, program development and grant development department having taken them to new heights with proven results. Having been with OSEA for over 5 years, her impact in that time has been instrumental in our product being top in its class.
